
Since March of 2020, more than one million prepared meals have been distributed to hungry Minnesotans at urban, suburban and rural meal sites, made by re-employed food service workers at 8 kitchen sites from mostly rescued food. Now preparing 20,000 meals per week and distributing through more than 50 meal sites, it’s our goal to provide one million more meals in 2021.
